What to bring:
A water bottle
Wear suitable sports shoes with non-marking soles when you are on court. Please use different shoes when entering and leaving the court.
It can get sweaty so we recommend a towel
A positive attitude!
Things to remember:
Tie long hair back
Keep your nails short
Remove all jewellery before practice or a game. If jewellery cannot be removed, make sure it’s adequately taped.
